Blackout Curtain Liner (stand alone)

This isn't my prettiest design, but it might just be my coolest and most exciting. This blackout liner curtain can be purchased separately now and can be added to any Dani Designs Co curtain you have previously bought. This liner can be customized to most any size. and it's completely blackout. How exciting is that? It attaches to your door or window with the adhesive hook strip (provided) and then your curtain attaches to it. You can now have the best of both worlds. The blackout liner folds up and hides behind your beautiful curtain when you want lots of light or can be dropped down for complete blackout.

NOTE: This Curtain Liner is NOT meant to be used by itself...it does stay quite wrinkly when put down after folding, which is not a problem if you have your normal Dani Designs Co curtain in front of it. This curtain liner was not made to be beautiful, but is very functional.

This is a single panel of blackout liner...no hems, no cords...only a few little pieces of hook and loop fastener and two straps and WAHLA--Blackout.

I designed this for me personally in my bedroom. I love my off white Cascade Camalay curtains and I want them down quite often for the privacy, but I like a lot of happy light coming in most of the time...that is until the weekend comes and I'm tired and then I drop that blackout liner down and catch some Zzzzs. Love it! (I can even drop it using one hand. It's so simple.)

Another nice benefit is that it shows white to the outside no matter what color your curtain is! HOA happiness.

Unless otherwise specified, the blackout liner will drop 8" when folded up for the standard curtains with 7" valances, or 17" for the XL curtains. If you order these liners for sliding glass doors, you will need to specify how far you would like them to drop.

*Dani Designs Co. relies on the United States Postal Service for most shipping needs. We have been pleased with their service. However mistakes do get made and packages occasionally find themselves lost. If the mistake is made by the USPS and not DDC, please follow up with them to track your lost package.  We cannot absorb the cost to remake/resend all curtains, but will work with the customer for the best solution and may offer curtains to be remade at half price.

*If a customer chooses to return a custom-made curtain, they will need to pay the return shipping cost and there is generally a restocking fee. If the fault is on our end, of course we will cover all costs.

*The UV spray protects your fabric from the sun for 2-3 years and then must be reapplied. (You can purchase spray from Joann Fabrics.) Dani Designs Co will not provide any warranties for faded curtains purchased without UV Protection. (The UV spray does not add any light filtering to your fabric.)
