We love our Sliding Glass Door Curtains/Shades. These curtains installs on a regular curtain rod (not provided) or you can request to have it made using an adhesive hook fastener (adhesive hook strip IS provided. Black curtain shown in pictures are installed using an adhesive hook strip). These curtains have 6-7 horizontal slats along the curtain that can be lifted up together and then attached with straps to hold in the up position. Note: Rings shown in picture are not provided or necessary (it installs on the provided rod pocket), but may be purchased separately at your local big box store.

Get rid of those broken vertical blinds.

This shade is simple and easy to put up. Simply lift each slat in the shade and then attach with hook & loop fastener straps. It literally only takes seconds. There are no cords, so it's safe for kids.

This new curtain installs on a regular curtain rod (rod not provided--we recommend at least a 1 1/4" rod).

Black fabric is 65% cotton 35% polyester. It is single thickness and doesn't provide complete blackout, but gives full privacy. We do not recommend washing this fabric, because it will shrink. We recommend spot cleaning only.

The standard sizes offered are:
33" wide by 84", 96", 99", 103" or 105" long per panel (66" wide with two panels)
35" wide by 84", 96", 99", 103" or 105" long per panel (70" wide with two panels)
38" wide by 84", 96", 99", 103" or 105" long per panel (76" wide with two panels)
39" wide by 84", 96", 99", 103" or 105" long per panel (78" wide with two panels)

To Measure:
These curtains meet in the middle of the sliding glass door and then I like each panel to go 2-3" outside the opening of the casing (so that as little light as possible comes through the sides). So you would measure the door opening and add 4-6" and then cut it in half. 

All curtains lift to a height of 73" off the floor, so that someone 6'1" or shorter can walk under without ducking.

When the curtain is in the "up" position an:
84" long curtain's valance drops 9".
96" long curtain's valance drops 21"
99" long curtain's valance drops 24"
103" long curtain's valance drops 28"
105" long curtain's valance drops 30"

*If a customer chooses to return a custom-made curtain, they will need to pay the return shipping cost and there is generally a restocking fee. If the fault is on our end, of course we will cover all costs.

*The UV spray protects your fabric from the sun for 2-3 years and then must be reapplied. (You can purchase spray from Joann Fabrics.) Dani Designs Co will not provide any warranties for faded curtains purchased without UV Protection. (The UV spray does not add any light filtering to your fabric.)
